Issue abstract: 2024 New version of 360, and no Security History & no checkmarks
Detailed description: Since the 1st day the new version was installed, the history will not load, and I even let it run for hours - still nothing – The exe running this “app” is a never ending loop. Also, as of today, I no longer have the green checkmarks in a fully updated Firefox browser version 132.0 (64-bit).
Product & version number: Norton 360, program version is 24.10.9535 (build 24.10.9535.880); and the UI version is 1.0.76
OS details: A clean install of a Windows 10 Pro, then updated to Windows 11 Pro (It was a new machine I had never used, and took it out of the box and fired it up a few months ago - all updated.)
What is the error message you are seeing? NO ERROR MESSAGES
