Security history not opening

Product & version number: Norton 360 V. 24

The security history will not open. It keeps saying it’s loading but it never opens. I have waited up to 5 minutes for it to open but it never opens.

Does Norton LiveUpdate run okay?
Does Norton QuickScan run okay?
Does Restart (not Shut down) machine help?

Norton Update runs ok.
Quick scan runs ok.
I have restarted the PC multiple times with no success.

So, v24 Settings opens > and other v24 items open > just Security History does not open?

I tried Repair, and it didn’t fix the Security History. It still doesn’t open. I tried the Remove/Reinstall tool and it stated it could not remove Norton Security 360.

Note: Norton 360 v24 Remover does not work for v22

I used the Remover Tool and then reinstalled Norton 360v24. the security history worked for 2 days and then went back to not opening.
