I'm going on a long road trip and will be taking my laptop (with NIS 2009) to manage my bank accounts and pay my bills.
All these web sites are encrypted using HTTPS. If I connect via a wi-fi service in, say, a coffee shop or an airport, is the connection still encrypted and secure? Can someone use a sniffer or the like to see what I'm doing?
