I need help...
Yesterday I installed Norton Internet security 2009 that includes the whole package of Norton identity safe, antiphishing, pulse updates, insight, browser protection, antivirus, antispyware, personal firewall. After finishing installation I ran a full system scan, which found only a cookie.
Today I have received the pop up- "security request restart required- your computer must restart in order to continue the removal of security risk" I restarted and after a few minutes again the popup popped and again restarted and again and again and again…
My version of norton is 16.5.0.135
In my history I found w32.Gammima twice that was removed when restarted
And Trojan.Packed. NsAnti that was also removed…
Before, I had avast antivirus, that I uninstalled before installing Norton.
I have windows firewall working as well..
What can I do next?
