I cannot open Norton Security with W10. Ran NRnR twice. If I reboot the PC, it will open after several attempts. Had Norton online tech support remote in and remove & reinstall Security last night. This AM had to reboot after initial boot up to get Security to open, again. Issue did not get fixed by remove & reinstall. Help!
