I have the trial subscription for Norton Identity Safe installed on my IPhone and wanted a way to backup my password data. I was told that if I downloaded and installed the software in Windows on a desktop or tablet, I could log in to see the vault. The problem is, there isn't enough drive space on my tablet, even by deleting other apps, and having access to the vault isn't the same as a backup in case of vault/software failure.
Is there a way to work around this matter to have a password backup?
Is that the only Windows device you have? With only that much storage, it is not really designed for adding full sized apps. What you need to install is a trial of Norton Security if you want to get a backup of your vault data.
If you do have a compatible Windows device available, you can get the trial version here. https://us.norton.com/downloads?inid=nortoncom_nav_downloads_homepage:homepage
What make and model of tablet are you using? How much storage do you have, and how much is available?

After you deleted other apps, did you restart the device? That can help remove any temporary cache data from the device to help free up more space.

If you are referring to a local backup of your vault contents, that does not happen any more, and never did on mobile devices. The vault is stored online only now, with a cached copy available on the device
