Semaphone timeout period has expired while backing up files to flash card

I am receiving the following error when doing a Files backup to my SDHC card:

--Error E7D1001D: Unable to open 'X:/Backups/File Backup Data/fbfFiles_ca5/1cbfdda67bca502.fbf'.
---Error EBAB03F1: The semaphore timeout period has expired.
---Error E4BC0004: Unable to backup file D:/Documents/College Info/PTSO 12-04 notes -- College and Financial Aid Info.doc.

X: is my SDHC card.  This is a Class 10 RiDATA Lightning Series 32GB Secure Digital High-Capacity (SDHC) Flash Card.  I am running Windows 7 and Ghost 15.

The above error appears to be a write issue with the flash card.  Are there parameters that can be tweaked in Norton Ghost, to change the timeout or does this imply there is a true issue with my flash card?  Is there any kind of test I might be able to run to determine if it is Ghost or the card?
