I have been receiving an error when trying to log into my account: "Server Error. Your request was stopped for your protection. Your data is safe, and the error has been reported and will be investigated."
When I try to use the mobile app I get similar issues, or the devices for my children have disappeared.
I have five kids with multiple devices...I need to be able to make some changes soon. Please Help.
