Hello, my ISP provides Norton AntiVirus Online as part of my Internet package, I can install on up to 5 PCs. Lately one of my PCs has been popping up a window asking for a Service Status Check, but then shortly responds with "No response from the server" and suggests that I check my proxy settings (which is the same on all my PCs) BTW my OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit with 4GB RAM and plenty of HDD space. I could call my ISP but that takes forever over the phone, I was hoping for a quick fix here. :) Thanks Ray...
