Service

I sincerely hope someone of importance reads this post.  the service level is the worst technical support function I have ever experienced.  I was promised a level 2 technical call twice and after 10 days am still waiting.  the level one folks have no power to do anything and a call to a supervisor results in a long wait followed by being cut off.  It is impossible to reach anyone with any power to help.  The quality of this function within Norton is so bad as to be embarrassing IF anyone at Norton actually gave a damn.
