three computers all using xp worked JUST FINE with printer sharing ... for years. my xp computer controls the hp printer but the other computers can't get to it. Access is denied. I've spent literally HOURS with norton manuals out of date "help" comments etc. Manuals are really good at telling you WHAT printer sharing is all about but I CANNOT find HOW TO info.
I tried resetting sharing in printer properties (control panel) ... norton said nothing. HELP ... does anyone know ?
