Issue abstract: Cannot set up two factor authentication
Detailed description: I enter my phone number and get an error message that says “Your computer appears to be sending too many requests at on time. Please try again later.” If one request to update a phone numer is too many, then how will I ever update my account.
Do they even test their own web pages for managing accounts. Tried to do a chat and that didn’t work either. It would get to the last bubble “connect” and then crap out.
EXTREMELY disappointed with Norton. Time to look at other products.
