I want to set up one of my 5 Norton 360 licences on my wife's PC but cant seem to do this unless i set it up under my name and login but i don't want to mix up her data with mine.
You are welcome.
It is now solved. Thank you very much for your help
If you could explain a little more about what you were trying to achieve, we may have some suggestions for you.
Thank you very much for the reply it was very helpful. I have been searching Norton and Google without success. Clearly, now, I know that what I wanted to achieve isn't possible but your solution works.
If you click on Install on another device from the top of the Classic Norton interface, or Protect another device from the My Norton interface, you can send an email to your wife. All she has to do is click on the link in that email to install a pre activated copy of 360. Using that process, your Norton Account credentials are not needed for the install.
What data are you not wanting to share? The online backup storage is shared between all users on your subscription. The Norton Password Manager, NPM, can be set up on each user's system without sharing anything. All the other users need to do is create their own Norton Account and use that to set up NPM with their own online vault.
