Sharepoint issues

Issue abstract:
Hi. I am having problems accessing Sharepoint files (OneDrive) across my PC and portable. I’m wondering if this is related to Norton, as they are both using it. Basically, I get a message that the user (my e-mail address) is not registered, when I know this is not the issue.

Try disable norton temperery and see if that works if it dont works after that then it is possible
Nortons firewall you need to set to enable where onedrive is

Thanks. I should have thought of that. I’ve tried disabling the firewall already, with no luck. I’ll go check how to disable Norton as a whole.

Hi again. No luck with that either. Maybe it has nothing to do with Norton. Several people have also complained about Sharepoint since I started asking.
