I have 2-FA enabled and am trying to generate and view single-use backup codes.
I've tried this using several Web browsers on several machines/operating systems; in all cases "Show Codes" is not present on the page, as it apparently should be.
When I select "Get Codes", the system somehow deals with the request but, after the page refreshes, nothing else is displayed or downloaded.
I have tried switching-off 2-FA (in order to switch it back on again), but to no avail. All that happens is that subsequent references to the Account Settings pane cause an error and 2-FA is still enforced. After a fair amount of time has passed, that pane becomes functional again, but nothing else has changed.
I have contacted support, but so far, they have no solution. The issue has been escalated with them.
