I wanted to update that the EDGE browser filtering does not work when a browsing window is opened within an installed web application. For example, if you install Google Photos as an application, you can open a browsing window on the side and there is no filtering on it. And so in every installed application. This lowers the value of norton family

Norton Family for Windows does not monitor traffic originating from application apart from supported browsers. We will forward this request to our Product Management for consideration.

I understand, but this is about opening the EDGE browser only in a slightly indirect but very simple way that eliminates all filtering

Through the Edge browser, you can install any website as an application in a second, and then open a search bar through it that easily bypasses your filter
