SIGNIFICANT ISSUE: How to find the way to contact the administration department of this Norton Co to obtain solutions for their errors

To obtain the tax deductibility of any invoice in Spain both for VAT and Income tax purposes, it's mandatory that the CIF (identification tax code) of the client is disclosed in any invoice (It is the most likely that the same issue is affecting any other EU countries). However the invoices I'm receiving from this Norton Company do not disclose the customer's CIF.

I haven't been able to find any real customer support service at this Norton Co. to solve this issue.

I'll appreciate any help on this matter
