Signing-in from second computer

Everytime I try to log-in from my laptop I get invalid log-in or password.  I am trying to load Symantec 360 multiple to this laptop.  Why can't I log-in?  I thought at first it was because I was already sign-in from my PC but I logged out and still cannot log-in.  Thanks for your help.  Jim

Are you trying to log into your Norton Account?

Do you now, or have you ever had another security program installed? This could be interfering with accessing Norton.

Hi jdrabourn

Try restarting your computer.

Log into your email account and check that your full email address is correct.

Do you have your Norton account password written down that you can check.

Try a different browser.

Does any one else have your Norton login details?  They may have changed something?

You might like to try live chat using the key board with a Norton representative who from your information about your account may be able to help you access your Norton account.

Live chat link.

I can access my account from my desktop PC, but when I try through my laptop I get "invalid user name/password".  I am not logged onto my PC while I am trying with my laptop.  The laptop was just rebuilt so there are no other security programs running.

Can you log in at www.account.norton.com from either or both computers?

Yes, from my desktop PC but not my laptop.  I have even tried it at my office on wireless and still no go.

Also tried it on a different browser (Firefox) and same problem.

Hi jdrabourn

Can I again suggest trying live chat?

Thank you, once they logged into my computer and had me log-in via their link was able to get access.  I used the same name and password as I had been trying.  Jim
