1. I installed your software AFTER I installed Solvusoft Driverdoc and the first thing your software does is just remove the program WITHOUT EVEN ASKING. By default you just remove without even asking if I as a user actually WANT this.
2. When I restored it from the quarantaine, the first thing that happens is that it GETS REMOVED AGAIN. Why the f* did I say "ignore in the future" if you keep doing what YOU want. I pay for security not for a dumb *******.
3. While retoring it AGAIN, I get asked to overwrite 150!!!!!! files. Instead of a 'yes to all' check or even let me press a button I HAVE TO CLICK 150 TIMES FOR EVERY FILE!!! remark: the files to overwrite or of vairous nature: exe (just remove virussend partially seems the new keeping busy priactice), media files jpg and png, text files ,.... Remove ALL or NONE but don't do a half-ass job. I pay for quality, not for half-ass developers
4. After the restore I can't run the software BECAUSE NOT ALL FILES HAVE BEN RESTORED.
5. I'm now going to reinstall the software. If your crap removes it AGAIN, YOU LOOSE AND I DEMAND A FULL REFUND.
6. What about updates? will your sh*tware then AGAIN f*ck everything up because is has a "different id" or is there anybody with enough braincells to make an ID from the LOCATION of the thread base folder. Or maybe even check the installation registry of windows to determine a valid "application key"
As a senior .NET developer I am ashamed that you call yourselves "developers" because all I see is ass crawl monkeys that have to beg for a banana instead of BUILDING WORKING SOFTWARE.
I don't care for the looks, I just want working software. How often do your users open your config??? maybe just once?? So why spend 100 hours on a ui that is never used?
I can even prove that your webdisners are too supoid to do teir job properly: I click subscriptions with the intent to CANCEL is, because I'm on your crap community site I just get my message subscriptioin WITH OUR ANY OPTION TO GO TO MY SYMANTEC ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this proves that your developers are to retarded to even link 2 system PROPERLY. I LINK 5 SYSTEMS ON A DAILY BASIS AND DEVELOP ON THEM SIMULTANIOUSLY ACROSS TECHNOLOGIES AND OS SYSTEMS.
again I have issues when trying to connect a USB devide. I DOES NOT EVEN CREATE A DRIVE AND AS SOON AS I DEDIABLE NORTNG ALTEAST THE DRIVER IS INSTALLED
what the f*********************** is wrong with connecting a USB device OF WHICH YOU DO NOT EVEN KNOW THE CONTENTS?????
I don't mind scanning the device, bit I do mind the "don't even ask block" by default actions you take and require users to GO HUNT FOR THE F********** DISABLE OPTION
do you ever think about the sh*t you cr*p out or do you product go straight from the engineers a-hole on to the net without anybody ever smelling what he cr*pped out??????????????????
you want proof:
1. you just REMOVED INSTALLED SOFTWARE WITH MY CONSENT, not even a heads up that you were even removing it
2. after RESTORE I had to repair it because restore found 150 files THAT I HAD TO CONFIRM OVERWRITE ONE ATE A F*CKING TIME. Even a checkbox 'apply for all' was too much effort for your developers. HOW F* LAZY CAN THEY BE
3. when I plugged in my camera I COULD NOT EVEN INSTALL THE DIRVER BECAUSE YOUR SHIT BLOCKS EVERYTHING I tried BOTH usb and flashdisk
it is not because trump is a complete moron that the rest of the planet is just as stupid as he is.
solution: cancel my subscription and find some REAL software. I don't care how good you were in the past, now your just as much crap as windows 10: sh*t from top to bottom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You will be able to have Norton ignore this program by adding it to the "Signatures to exclude from all detections" list. Instructions for that can be found in the following link. Be aware that it may take several minutes for the Security Risks List to load, so be patient. You will need to scroll down to PUA.Driverdoc.
Solveusoft sites have been a known source of malware and PUA (Potentially Unwanted Applications) for quite some time. You can submit the file(s) and have them reviewed as possible "false-positives" here : https://submit.symantec.com/false_positive/
