Hello,
I posted my site, due to some patrons concerns as we are a public library, to be tested and it has been many months now and it still is untested. your site says it will take two weeks, but that seems to be untrue. i have resubmitted my site several times, i have given you negative reviews, i have sent emails to your help desk and have gotten no response. why offer a service if you have no intention of making good on your promise?
when can i expect my site to be reviewed for safety?
