Size of notifications

My Norton notifications are huge and I can’t read them or close them on my laptop. How do I decrease the size so they are readable.

I am also having the same issue.

Same issue, seem to be related to the screen DPI setting. For me it only happens on systems that I’ve connected via remote desktop. The workaround to respond to the popup that has worked for me is to press the tab key until the response you want to submit comes into view. For me it then scrolls the content inside the shrunken dialog.

I have the same problem (identical to user3943’s image), and tabbing through doesn’t scroll the content for me. Any other thoughts? Somehow Norton is not picking up my screen resolution.

I, too, have the same problem as described. Tried so many things to change resolution, nothing worked.

Hi,

We are aware of this issue. We are working on a fix. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We have resolved this issue with a hotfix. Please run LiveUpdate and restart your machine. After applying the updates, the new version will be 25.7.10308.944. Should the issue recur, please let us know. Thank you for posting here.

I have the same “notification size error” updates do not resolve the issue. Am running V25.7.10308.945 at present. A permanent fix would be appreciated as this is very annoying problem.

Case: Size of notifications 360 for Windows

Some further explanation, all Norton notification windows were oversized (zoomed in) which resulted in not being able to add any input. This was happening daily (for months). The only way to close the notice was using the task bar. Rebooting often rectified the problem temporarily but not always.

Now the mystery, after receiving Selvakumar S email re debugging logs I went to troubleshooting setting and moved it from the off to on position.

From this point of setting the debug logs to the ON all subsequent notifications have been NORMAL. After 3 days without the issue, I went back and turned debug logs to the OFF position to see I could reproduce the problem. I can now confirm with or without the debug logs being enabled or not everything appears to be running normally.

I hope my experience can help find the basic cause of these notification problems users are having.
