Smart firewall blocks access to network printer

I have a Toshiba Portege laptop running Windows Vista connected via ethernet cable to a Netgear "Nighthawk" R7000 router, which is connected via USB to my Canon iP4300 printer. At the moment Norton Smart Firewall blocks access to the printer (when I turn off the Smart Firewall, I can see - using the Netgear USB Printer Centre - and use the printer).

Can someone tell me which, if any, Firewall Traffic rules I should modify (and how) to enable me to access the printer without my having to disable the whole firewall each time I want to print?
