Smart Scan "Advanced Issues" report has garbled display

A fix to this problem would be appreciated, but is not urgently needed.

After I run a Smart Scan, the final display of the report shows the "Advanced Issues - Performance" results.  But the image displayed is very badly mangled and is not readable (see attached image).  To me this seems to be a bug in the software.  I don't have any such issue anywhere else on my PC or within the Norton software. The problem occurs every time I run a smart scan and is seen when I view the results.

All: Smart Scan is still a part of Norton as of version 22.24.2.6 release. Display resolution set at 1920x1080 landscape. No issues on Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Home/Pro latest updates and versions.

Edited: From all appearances it looks like the "resolve" button will lead to the infamous Driver Updater offer. I would bypass it and ignore it accordingly and use Windows Updates and OEM websites instead.

SA

My PC is running W11, resolution 1920 x 1080

I also have the same problem, on two different laptops 1 win 10 / 1 win 11
both have the same resolution of 1920 x 1080
Hope it helps

Hi @Chopin,

Thank you for posting on the Norton community. Could you please respond with your screen resolution? Thank you.

i have not seen or experienced that myself

but seems like a software update result ( says drivers with newer version)

if i recall the smart scan disappeared a month or so ago ( approx) i havent noticed it on mine in sometime

do you have the latest build/patch?

may want to run the auto fix

in classic mode top right click help

on left click get support and let that run

if it finds anything ( installarion issue etc..) should give result and if it was fixed

restart
