Sneak peek

Installed Norton in November 2011 and all was good. Few weeks later the sneak peek function quit working. I could locate it, lock & unlock it just no remote picture. Tried online chat but site was “unavailable”? what’s up with that? Bad experience with customer support after unistalling and reinstalling too. Did not want to honor subscription even after sending bank statement showing payment. Got it resolved, but took 2 days! :-[

Hey Andmike, I had the paid version which included the antivirus too(nats)? At the time, i did not know the nat was free. But I purchased NMS anyway. I have wifi access at home and data also. So is it posssible to “link” my purchase from norton to “my apps” with google? think i read somewhere that it couldn’t be done.

Just to clarify so there isn't any confusion, the Norton AntiTheft Plugin on the Market is not a free stand alone.  It requires either a paid version of NMS, NTS (Norton Tablet Security), or Norton AntiTheft subscription (currently purchased through the Norton Online Store).  As to Sneak Peak no longer working, I would first try an uninstall and reinstall of the plugin.  If that does not work, we would need logs to dig in further.  There are quite a few posts about running CatLog to collect logs.  Once you have logs I can pass those along to the development team to investigate further.  We would need all the "about phone" details.  Version of Android, Make and Model, Firmware, Baseband, Kernel, Build.
