Social Media Monitoring

I looked through about 90 social media "warnings" flagged by Norton. Not a single one of these was an actual problem, most of the warnings were not even remotely related to the cited texts. Is there any way to control what Norton reports to make this potentially a useful tool that would alert me to a cyberhack, or is this just a thing that lets parents know if their kids say "shit" once in awhile?

Yes Peter, I understand and I totally agree with you ! Thanks a lot.

However, I saw in the OP that the user also mentioned:

"a useful tool that would alert me to a cyberhack"

This is why I think there is a confusion on his part between 2 products/services.

Hence my request for clarification concerning the Norton products used, the OS of the device used and the country of the user.

@Dave Haynie : Can you send us more information to enable us to provide a relevant response to your message ?

I read in the OP that the user is asking about Norton Family from the end of the post.

or is this just a thing that lets parents know if their kids say "shit" once in awhile?

I wonder if this thread should have been moved to the Norton 360 board rather than being moved to the Norton Family board ?

Reading the message, I think we are talking about the function from Lifelock, initially deployed within the Norton Identity Advisor product in Japan and which now seems to be deployed within Norton 360. No?

@Dave Haynie : What Norton products do you use ? On what OS ? In which country are you located ?

I have asked this thread be moved to the Norton Family board.
