Did you try running Norton LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) machine?
Any Windows Updates pending?
fwiw ~ just now updated Firefox via Norton Software Updater.
What … Norton 360 - Troubleshooting … have you tried?
Repair Norton? | Reset to Default? | clean reinstall?
It really doesn’t update anything, and when it does, it’s only a small number of programs, because my computer has several well-known programs and it hardly updates any of them.
I think Norton’s database is very weak.
That’s not the problem; I have several programs on my PC that Norton can’t find because they’re outdated.
