I am getting a box when I go online that says, RUNDLL at the top followed by, There was a problem starting C:X users\xxxxxx\appdata\local\couduit\backgroundcontaines\background container.dll. The specific module could not be found. I understand that this is most likely malware. I am not computer savvy and cannot afford to pay to have this issue resolved. My computer also freezes up as I am using the net. I am running Windows 8.1. Any suggestions?
