(Solved) Bought 2 x Norton Ghost 15.0, one of the license keys incorrect (too long)

Gday guys,

 

Just bought 2 norton ghost 15.0 licenses. One of the activation keys is way too long for the entry fields. The other worked fine. Unsure what to do.
