Solved myself - Whitelist executable

I am trying to whitelist an executable for software I have purchased. I think Norton may be blocking it. I have seen advice that suggests I visit the 'scans and risks' tab. But I can't find it in my Norton 360 dashboard.

Switch between the My Norton window and Classic view

Please switch to Norton 360 Classic view -> Settings -> Antivirus -> Scans and Risks 
From Norton tray icon -> click Open Norton 360

Open My Norton for My Norton view 
Open Norton 360 for Classic view

Settings from tray icon opens My Norton Settings.
Settings from Classic view opens Norton 360 Settings.
