In this screenshot, audiodg.exe, csrss.ese, dllhost.exe, dwm.exe, and ielowutil.exe, are files that are signed by Microsoft. They have the green colour of a 'Norton Trusted' file, but are classed as 'Good' only.
Anyone else seeing this? (Windows 7 64-bit. NAV 2010 v17.5)
I think this happens every time there is a version update to the program. It takes a little time for Community watch or what ever dept that comes under to analyze all the files again. I think with a little more time, the ratings for the various programs should improve unless you have maybe altered some of the standard features.

It can't be possible . Norton trusted files are 100% trusted files and this is given from Symantec . Microsoft files can't change by themselves . As far as I know they haven't changed . On Friday , it was just explorer.exe and winlogon.exe At first I thought something has happeneded with my computer (e.g. a malware patched the file or...) but them I realised there is nothing wrong with them. It is again some bug
It describes the correct way Insight works . As you can see there has been no change in all these applications of Windows on mine or anyone else's computer .
Here is an example with Excel (MS Office 2007 SP2 Home and Studen edition)
I update only my Windows . Excel and all other office applications have not been updated since my Windows 7 was installed in October 2009 . It used to be a Norton Trusted file - now it isn't .
Don't you understand - this is an obvious bug !
How can Symantec's own ccsvchst.exe be not a trusted file
It seems to be a monologue from my end regarding this issue. Today I visited a client of mine who uses Norton 360 v3.8 and NIS 2009 and I checked their Norton Insight . All of the trusted files are green and marked correctly as Norton Trusted files (including all Microsoft Windows legitimate files). Chechikng the same with Norton 2010 , Norton Trusted files are just a few - known Windows and Symantec files are still just “Good”
