My girlfriend just installed and activated her 1 year subscription for Norton 360 onto her laptop, however the only service that is showing as active is Norton Internet Security. If we go online and check which services to install, it gives us the option to install Norton 360, Online Backup and Norton Antivirus (the 360 package). But when we do select the “install” button we are given an error message saying these services are already installed.
Is it impossible to uninstall everything from her computer and then install it all again from the Norton site, without using another device install (it’s at 4 right now). Then, reinstalling all of the services properly?
