Someone form Symantec/Norton - please provide updates on these Trojan issues!

This forum is a war zone. NIS 2012 seems to be unable to identify and/or remove the multiple trojans being mentioned or help the Norton owners invloved.

Quads is trying to work miracles - but is not a Symantec/Norton employee (nor are the host of other forum members trying so hard to help) and if there were 10 Quads they could probably still not keep up.

We pay Symantec/Norton a lot of money every year (in my case, since the '80s) to protect us from this sort of disaster and it doesn't seem too much to ask that someone from Norton come into this forum and TELL US what they're doing (and plan to do) to mitigate these threats that are attacking their customers...and keep us regulalry informed.

BTW, it's a moot point whether or not other AV products have the same problems - that's the famous "nobody does it better than us" advertising that means nothing because all it means is that "we don't do it better than anyone else" either.

We're Symantec/Norton customers and we deserve attention from Norton in this forum regarding the problems we're facing.
