Issue abstract: I keep getting the message Something went wrong - please try again later

Detailed description: When i attempt to download the past several days i continue to get the message Something went wrong - please try again later. I have windows 10. Why cannot i not get through to download?

Product & version number: Norton 360

Hello Alisa224. Earlier today downloads were down on the Norton side. Have you retried downloading since you posted here?

i had similar problem and could not down load then similar message on supoort
5 months later i finally got a person on support to help and they kept getting error code http 405 and bad gateway. 2 hours later they finally installed my norton 360 but would not credit me the time lost

Williamn_thompson. The internet protocol HTTP will return error code 405, when, a device attempts to connect to a website or service that requires secured HTTS protocols. The 405 error may or may not have been an issue with your device and/or the web browser you were using at the time being misconfigured. A router being misconfigured will also cause that error to be returned by your browser as the remote site won’t accept the HTTP connections. Norton uses HTTPS with all their downloads so the error 405 not being accepted was their site not accepting the connection.

We here on the forums cannot access nor make any changes to accounts at Norton. I can tag an Admin here in this thread asking them to intervene with your loss of time on your subscription.
