WHY ARE THE SERVERS FOR DOWNLOAD DOWN FIX THEM!!! THEY’VE BEEN DOWN FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND I AM SURFING THE WEB UNPROTECTED!

Please I have been filing issue reports and checking back day after day this is no way to represent a software based sexurity service… not by having issues on your homepage…

sure the error is (Something went wrong please try again) and i have no recourse.

i only want to download norton and all links are unfunctional

Are you referring to Norton 360 24.xx set-up file to install current version on to your computer? I’m in UK, just went into my Norton account, requested a download of set-up file, requested an email confirmation to do so. Email arrived, clicked on link & downloaded required set-up file.

norton 360 for windows either by email link or on the website direct download neither worked for me for 4 days straight… there isnt an option to contact them directly and i realy need to install norton.

Are you by chance using any VPN when you’re trying to download? Just a passing thought. Also if you purchased in another country other than your current geo-location that can cause your issue.

norton this does not speak highly of your service…

im a local farm boy and i don’t ever leave or need to use a vpn.

actually i need to delete the thread i was using “deluxe” norton and was told that i was using a “legacy” build and thats why it couldnt be downloaded anymore.

ive since upgraded to the latest version. thx
