Repeating abnormal action alerts.  aspnet_compiler.exe appears not to be running in processes & I cannot delete/remove/update the file.  Norton Power Eraser also run with no issues identified.  Looking for some help please in resolving this issue. Logfile below:

Folks, thanks for the replies.  I've reads previous posts ref this issue (from last year) and have followed advice to use/seek assistance from Malwarebytes.  With their help it appears the issue may be resolved.

Please review Norton Security History (Resolved/Unresolved/Quarantine) for a related (in-time) event. 
Norton may report more than one detection for the same event.  

What DIY have you tried?  
Please run Norton Full Scan & Malwarebytes Threat Scan.
