I keep receiving this error when trying to log in. I had an account 5 years or so ago and when I first logged in it took me to that. I changed the parents name and tried to remove a child that was no longer needed and it crashed and I have not been able to get back in since.
I need to set this up for my 8 year old and it is frusterating the heck out of me. I have cleared the cache, rebooted etc and nothing works.
