What survey did you receive? What kind of information did they ask?
Was it supposed to be from Norton? If it was an email check the senders address against this information to ensure it was a genuine Norton email. Verify that an email you receive from Norton is legitimate
This “Invoice” sounds like it is a scam email that you coincidentally got around the same time you filled out a survey.
Hi, sorry for the delay, I replied to the email in error. I replied to an email form Norton asking me to rate the product, it was definitely not a spam email as I checked the senders email address, and it was from Norton.
