Hi I have a PC that has Norton a v (Installed 1year and fully updated) Win XP OS (latest SP and updates).
Yesterday I noted outlook reporting 75 undeliverable emails (spam) no reports from Norton . Ran full scan in safe mode no reports. Downloaded malwarebytes 3 trogens In registry (removed) but still sending spam please help.
Please start by changing your e-mail password. Spamming will probably stop.
What scans did you allready try?

One other precaution I'd recommend. Change the security question answers for the account as well. If you remember all of the answers you provided there may be one or more that have changed. These changes were made to allow the 'other guys' to return and regain access. They don't play fair so don't help them.

Thanks to all the hijacker was in Russia and I have stopped the *.* from causing me a problem.
