Spam text filter doesn’t work

I don’t know why or what I’m doing wrong. My settings are all there but I still get all the spam messages come through my normal area. Does anyone else have this issue? Note that I have an iPhone 16 Pro running on IOS 18.5

I am seeing the same thing on my iPhone. But the message will have a notation below that it is or may be junk. Tapping that deletes the message and reports it as Junk. Not sure where it is being reporting to. I believe that iOS is intercepting the message before Norton gets to scan it.

I am trying to get confirmation from my Norton contact of my assumption about the iOS intercepting the possible junk SMS before Norton gets to scan it. This is what I am talking about.
