Hi, today I installed Spotify on my kids Samsung tablet SM-T510. Unfortunately Norton Family (parent app) doesn't recognize Spotify in the list of installed apps, so I can't set a policy for this app. Rebooting both te kids tablet and my phone which I use to monitor and control my kids, didn't help. Also my.norton.com isn't recognizing Spotify. What do I need to do to allow Norton Family to recognize Spotify?
Hi Harvinder, thanks for assisting me in finding a solution. However, reinstalling Norton Family App is the type of support Microsoft gave to its customers for decades whenever Windows or an other Microsoft product failed. Anno 2021, I hope Norton move on beyond that type of jurassic advice. Disappointing. Reinstalling on the child's device (Samsung ST510) did solve the problem. However, not experiencing "some glitches" would have been the better solution (meaning you guys need to improve on NF, there are far too many glitches in the app/server/website). As well as allowing customers to resync without reinstalling the product.
