SSR 2013 Support Forum Won't Accept Regular Symantec/Norton Account Credentials

Trying to post a question in the SSR 2013 forum and it wanted a different set of credentials because it was part of the "business" solutions.  I didn't bother to register because I didn't need the pain of another userid/password.

 

It is becoming increasingly difficult to deal with Symantec.
