When I start my computer I get a message from Norton saying my firewall and anti virus are not turned on, but when I go check it says they are. Should I be worried about this?

If you clicked the green solution button by mistake, please do the following to mark the thread unsolved:

Version 15.0.0.23 is the original release version of the 2008 product line.

Best bet would be to uninstall this version of an older NIS and download the current trial version from the Symantec site. Make sure you check the system requirements of the product first, though, while on the Symantec site.
Reinstalling the new 2010 did fix my problem but cut my trial period down from mid december to end of november but i appreciate the fast responce thanks guys
