Still can be by passed

reading this thread http://community.norton.com/en/forums/easily-pass  says it can't happen any more.

Well it can. My son downloads the Clean Master https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cleanmaster.mguard app and it wipes NF off his phone.

YES IT IS THE LATEST VERSION!

I block it in the apps list. he still can run it, or runs automatically. Yes NF is set for app access and admin in security settings. I know if i block the app store he'll side load it.

App install needs to be blocked in away that the parent can, via NF app or web interface, approve the app before it even runs. If it can do that then installs from any app store, and side loading would be blocked.

The settings also need to be protected so that the child can't just wipe the data file and then uninstall the app. Or have another app be able to do so for them.

Plus he uses widgets to launch apps when time is up and the "ok google" command. This needs blocking as well.

Also what is needed is a way to allow selected apps to run outside of limits/restrictions.

I am mostly using this to limit there time on electronics. everything else is extra for me.

yes these are kids but very smart and connected kids. they can use a search engine better than the parents. Start thinking of them as hackers and you will get a much better product that parents will love and kids will hate ALOT.
