Still having problems after upgrade fiasco

I have Norton Family installed on two machines.  After the upgrade in November, I had many of the problems that others have had.  When the fix came out,  I followed those instructions,  basically upgrading Norton360, uninstalling Norton Family, reinstalling Norton Family.   That did fix the issues on one machine but I continue to have problems with the other laptop. 

 

I can not see any activity  or alerts from that machine on the Norton family site.  I don't know if the time limits are work or if my child is protected.  I tried uninstall Norton Family and reinstalling yesterday with no change.
