Weeks later, I have seen one sign of progress: I can now see time logged for my son's computer. That's it. No apps, no websites, nothing else recorded. I was told by PM a while ago that this was perhaps because I had the "wrong" Safari extension installed, which surprised me because I had installed the one available from Norton, and the one that is still available from the Norton website. But, if this is the wrong one, no one at Norton has yet to tell me (despite repeated requests) what the right one is.
