Still no luck trying to turn auto-renew feature to OFF

First of all, thank you, Haresh, for your suggestion.  Unfortunately it does not work.  The toggle switch does not respond to my attempts to slide it to OFF, or to click on OFF.

 

So, I am still trying to find an answer to this problem.  Just to clarify, I am signed in and other than this issue, the app is behaving normally. Is it possible for a Symantic employee to use LogMeIn to interact with my system?
