Hi so my account was debited for auto-renewal in May after telling Norton I did not wish to renew - they offered a full refund however have not received refund - provided bank account details for refund - mailing address for cheque - advised that it has been escalated several times - still no refund - tiredofwaiting its been months
Have contacted on numerous occasions? They just say it will be escalated...
Maybe, try posting message over on Facebook or Twitter.
I've recently had helpful conversations with Norton social media support agents.
