Finally I took the step to uninstall Norton Safety Minder from my Mac. After months of not monitoring, asking to upgrade over and over again, not showing the web site activity, and more, I decided it was enough.
Right now I am using the Mac parental controls for computer access control and Net Nanny for internet time control and web site blocking. Everything is working perfectly. My teenage children are upset with me :)
My children's safety and my peace of mind are more inportant than being loyal to a product that does not work and a solution that is not likely to come in the near future.
