Hi Norton Community,
I normally receive RSS feeds through Windows Live Mail (2012 version), but for the last few days these feeds have suddenly stopped. I have contacted my ISP and they suggested I contact Microsoft. Microsoft suggested contacting my ISP. You can see where this is going.
Microsoft want to charge me for support because my version of Windows came pre-installed on my computer. My computer's manufacturer wants to charge me because my computer is out of warranty.
So I am hoping one of the bright Norton Community members may be able to offer assistance.
The only things I can think of is that one of the updates from Microsoft this week has stopped these feeds, or the feeds themselves have just stopped coming. I've twice gone through all (18 on my W7SP1 x64 machine) of the updates but couldn't find any that should have affected my feeds. The only feeds I normally receive are NBC news feeds that were automatically subscribed to after installing Windows Live essentials (2012 version)
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
