Stopped Subscription Renewal But Was Still Charged

Hi, I have been charged yearly subscription which I had personally choose to stop month before the usual subscription renewal.
A month later I realized I was charged for this even though I did not opt for it.
I want refund.

Can anyone please assist on this?

you are going to need to contact their customer service and have them fix it. either phone or chat.

Hello @EJ_2024
Please post progress

You’re right. I just able to do it few moments ago.

Hi, unfortunately not all the links you posted above is working well for me.
But the good thing is I’ve been able to chat with the customer support through some of the links you provided.
Thanks for the guide.

posted links [here] okay my side

The link to the pages has no issue.
I just can’t click the “continue” button when I selected the reason for refund & couldn’t proceed from there. The button wasn’t working for me.

So I had to check the other links you posted that could lead me to chat to customer support.

Have you checked your account billing history? Removed your credit card or payment option?

Call norton billing support and see if they can help you refund it. If you do not want to deal with Norton billing support. Easiest step to take is calling your bank and have them remove it. Saying the charge was not authorized by you. However, this may be considered a fraudulent charge by them and issue you a new card. So just be aware of that if you dont want a new one because it was obviously not fraud since you know where the charge came from.

Also tell them to remove anything linked to that card if they have to issue you a new one. To prevent any other charges from happening in the future.

Yes, I’ve checked my billing history and removed my payment option afterwards but not at the time the charges had been made.

I’ve chatted with the customer support and the issue has been solved & right now just waiting for the refund which I was told would take about 5-7 business days.

Thanks for the tips though.
